Pixie Digital Assistant
Helping a neurodivergent founder create a brand that fits her mission
Amy runs Pixie Digital Assistant, where she supports neurodivergent entrepreneurs with the behind-the-scenes tech that keeps their businesses moving. She also created The Neurodivergent Founders Club, a community space designed to help women connect, feel seen, and grow in business together.
She reached out because she wanted to rebrand Pixie Digital Assistant and create matching visuals for the Founders Club, so both sides of her work felt connected and easy to recognise.

The Challenge
Amy had originally created her Pixie branding herself using Canva. It had served its purpose, but she was feeling stuck with it. The logo included a fairy icon that no longer felt right, and the tagline was too small to be easily readable. She also worried that the overall design wasn’t accessible or flexible enough to use across platforms.
What she really wanted was branding that:
-
Felt exciting and truly hers
-
Reflected the care and support she brings to her clients
-
Could work across both the VA service and the community space
-
Connected with her values of empathy, empowerment, inclusivity and fun
The Process
We started with a couple of relaxed but focused conversations, where Amy shared her ideas, early brand work, and what she wanted to express. She had a strong sense of direction and brought plenty of inspiration, which made collaboration feel really natural.
From there, I:
-
Created three visual direction options based on everything we’d talked about
-
Worked with her to choose one route and develop it further
-
Designed the new Pixie Digital Assistant logo over several iterations
-
Built out the Founders Club branding to complement it
We chose a lovely, friendly typeface called Kind Avenue that injected some creative sparkle into the brand identity while keeping a warm but professional tone. We paired this with clean and modern Poppins to provide an easy to read and accessible option for her website copy and marketing materials. Every design choice took accessibility into account, from font sizes to colour combinations with strong contrast.
To help Amy use her new branding with confidence straight away, I provided her with:
-
A clear set of brand guidelines
-
Canva templates for daily posts in the Founders Club
-
Custom banners and visual assets for her Facebook group
The Outcome
The updated brand feels playful, thoughtful, and practical, just like the work Amy does. Pixie Digital Assistant and The Neurodivergent Founders Club now feel visually connected, which makes both sides of her business easier to grow and share with the right people.
One of the most gratifying parts of this project was seeing Amy immediately start using her new branding across her website and social platforms with confidence. When your visual identity truly reflects who you are and what you stand for, showing up suddenly feels a lot easier.
“Working with Sally on my branding was such a fantastic experience! She really took the time to understand my brand, my goals, and my vision — and where I felt unsure, she gave me thoughtful options to guide the process.
Sally designed two amazing logos and created a vibrant new colour palette that completely transformed how my business speaks to my audience. She also delivered beautiful templates and brand assets that will make it so much easier for me to stay consistent and confident with my branding moving forward.
Thank you, Sally, for bringing my brand to life!”
